The ROVE R2-4K DUAL is a dual-channel dash cam that offers 4K ultra-HD recording for the front camera and 1080P for the rear camera, ensuring clear footage of the road ahead and behind. Equipped with a Sony STARVIS 2 image sensor, the front camera delivers exceptional image quality with vivid colors and sharp details, even in challenging lighting conditions.
With its built-in dual-band 5GHz and 2.4GHz WiFi, the R2-4K DUAL allows users to instantly view and manage dash cam recordings on their iOS and Android devices using the ROVE app. The app enables users to download 4K videos at speeds of up to 20 MB/sec, making it easy to share footage on social media.
The dash cam also features built-in GPS, which records real-time speed, location, and compass data directly on the videos. This additional evidence can be beneficial when needed. The R2-4K DUAL comes with a range of advanced features, including a 128GB microSD card, motion detection, G-sensor, seamless loop recording, emergency video lock, screen saver, voice guidance, and support for up to 512GB microSD cards.
The R2-4K DUAL's custom-designed 24/7 parking mode offers three options: time-lapse video, motion detection, and collision detection. A hardwire kit is required (sold separately) to power the parking mode, and if an event occurs, the camera will record a full 1-minute video, lock it safely in an event folder, and provide a voice alert the next time the car is started.
